Pay
Flexible rate: No deposit required. A credit card number is needed, but no charge will be made.
If you select the non-refundable rate, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival will be free; subsequent cancellations will cost the first night of the booking.
Non-refundable bookings have 100% of the modification and/or cancellation costs.
The price does not include: City tax, which will be €5.50 per person per night. This amount may vary depending on government decisions beyond the hotel's control. The tax is payable directly at the hotel and does not apply from the 7th consecutive night onwards or to guests under 16 years of age.

The name on the credit card used for the booking must match the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and provide a copy of that person's ID and credit card.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
